1.1 The Epic Jackpot is an optional progressive jackpot game offered alongside, but separate from, eligible Wunderino Casino games. Participation is voluntary and has no effect on the outcome of the underlying game.
1.2 To participate, players must be at least 18 years of age, hold a single registered Wunderino Casino account, and be physically located in Sweden. The player is responsible for ensuring participation is lawful in their jurisdiction.
1.3 The Epic Jackpot can only be played with cash funds in the player's account. Bonus funds or free-spin winnings that are still subject to wagering requirements, and any other restricted balances are not eligible to fund the Epic Jackpot side bet.
1.4 The Epic Jackpot is limited to eligible games only. Games that are excluded from participating in the jackpot will not display the Epic Jackpot bar and the full list can be found here. Eligible games may change at any time, with any updates taking effect going forward.
1.5 If a player's account is restricted, suspended, self-excluded, or otherwise made subject to responsible-gambling measures, the player is automatically withdrawn from further participation. Side bets already placed on uncompleted rounds are refunded in line with clause 5.6.
1.6 By placing an Epic Jackpot side bet, the player agrees to be bound by these terms. Wunderino's general casino terms and customer terms also apply.
2.1 The Epic Jackpot consists of four jackpot tiers: MEGA, MAJOR, MINOR, and MINI.
2.2 The Epic Jackpot side bet is a separate transaction of 1 SEK, charged in addition to the underlying game stake on each qualifying spin. The side bet is recorded as a separate line item in the player's transaction history.
2.3 Where an underlying game permits multiple bets in a single round, a Epic Jackpot side bet of 1 SEK is charged for each bet made that round and contributes to the jackpot pool. Each jackpot tier can be won by only one player at a time.
2.4 The Epic Jackpot win is awarded randomly on a qualifying spin.
2.5 There is no upper limit to the value of any tier; each pool continues to grow with player contributions until it is won.
2.6 The current value of each tier is displayed in the jackpot bar in the eligible game and in the lobby. The Epic Jackpot RTP (theoretical return percentage) is 70%.
The RTP of the underlying game is independent and does not affect the jackpot — refer to each game's help screen for its RTP.
3.1 Each 1 SEK side bet is allocated as follows. The figures show (i) the share of the side bet allocated to each tier, and (ii) the proportion of that allocation held in reserve to seed the next cycle of that tier once a win has been paid:
MINI: 35% allocated, of which 30% held in reserve
MINOR: 35% allocated, of which 30% held in reserve
MAJOR: 15% allocated, of which 20% held in reserve
MEGA: 15% allocated, of which 20% held in reserve
3.2 When a jackpot tier is won, its starting value for the next cycle is funded from (a) the reserve accumulated under clause 3.1, plus (b) a guaranteed minimum top-up from Wunderino, set as follows:
MINI: 50 SEK
MINOR: 500 SEK
MAJOR: 5,000 SEK
MEGA: 250,000 SEK
The guaranteed top-up amounts are held in a segregated reserve account.
4.1 The amount paid out is the value of the relevant tier on the gaming-system server at the moment the win is awarded. Due to display delay (clause 5.1) and rounding to the nearest 0.01 SEK, the figure shown to the player may differ marginally from the amount paid; the server value prevails.
4.2 If two qualifying wins on the same tier occur within the display-delay window (clause 5.1), the first to be confirmed by the server is awarded the full pool. The second player receives the new starting value of that tier (clause 3.2) — not the value displayed prior to the first win.
4.3 Winnings are credited automatically to the winning player's cash balance.
4.4 All Epic Jackpot wins are subject to verification before withdrawal. For the MAJOR and MEGA tiers, and for any single win of 50,000 SEK or above, Wunderino may require completion of full KYC checks, including source-of-funds verification, in line with applicable Swedish AML legislation. Withdrawal is suspended pending completion of these checks.
4.5 Wunderino will notify a winner within 30 seconds of the win being confirmed by means of an in-game notification.
4.6 Where Wunderino is unable to credit a win within 90 days as a result of a player's failure to complete KYC verification, or due to misconduct including but not limited to violations of game rules, any associated winnings shall be forfeited and remitted to the relevant jackpot reserve, in accordance with applicable Swedish law.
4.7 By accepting a win, the winner consents to Wunderino publishing limited, anonymised information about the win (tier, amount, date, partial first name, initials, region) for promotional purposes. Winners who do not wish to be referenced may opt out by contacting customer support before withdrawal.
5.1 The displayed value in the jackpot bar may lag behind the server value by up to 60 seconds.
5.2 In rare cases, two wins on the same tier may occur within the 60-second window described in clause 5.1. The outcome is governed by clause 4.2.
5.3 Differences between displayed and paid amounts due to rounding to the nearest 0.01 SEK are immaterial and do not constitute a basis for dispute.
5.4 If communication between the eligible game and the jackpot server is lost, the affected game becomes unavailable. No new side bets are accepted and no wins are drawn until communication is restored. The relevant jackpot value is held constant during the interruption.
5.5 Malfunction voids all plays and pays. If a game malfunctions, all related plays and pays — including any apparent jackpot win on that round — are void. "Malfunction" includes, without limitation, incorrect game logic, incorrect display of the jackpot value, RNG failure, or any other condition affecting the integrity of the round.
5.6 Jackpot bets placed on rounds that fail to complete (e.g. due to client-side disconnection) if not automatically voided, are cancelled and refunded to the player's cash balance.
6.1 Wunderino reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or close any tier of the Epic Jackpot at any time, including in cases of suspected manipulation, regulatory direction, or termination of the supplier arrangement.
6.2 If a tier is closed, side bets placed on uncompleted rounds at the time of closure are refunded in full to the player's cash balance and completed contributed amounts carried over to a new tier. Where the closure is permanent, the contributing bets towards the pool will be refunded to the players' accounts.
6.3 Wunderino is not liable for any technical failure, hardware or software defect, or unavailable or lost network connection that may result in incorrect information being displayed or affect a player's ability to participate.
6.4 Wunderino is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events outside its reasonable control, including regulatory action, infrastructure failures, or third-party supplier outages.
7.1 The Epic Jackpot is intended for normal recreational play. Wunderino reserves the right to disqualify any player and void any winnings, side bets, or both, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect:
(a) use of any automated system, robot, software, or device intended to mislead or defraud the casino;
(b) collusion with one or more other players;
(c) the operation of more than one Wunderino account;
(d) any pattern of play, individually or in coordination, designed to extract value from the jackpot in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play;
(e) any other breach of Wunderino's general terms.
7.2 Where multi-accounting is established, all jackpot side bets placed across the linked accounts are forfeited (not refunded), and any winnings paid in respect of those accounts are recoverable.
7.3 Wunderino reserves the right to suspend a win, the player's account, or both, pending the outcome of any investigation under this clause 7. No interest accrues on suspended winnings and any decision Wunderino makes is final.
8.1 Wunderino reserves the right to amend these terms from time to time.
8.2 These terms are published in English and Swedish. In the event of any inconsistency between the two language versions, the English version shall prevail.
8.3 These terms supplement, and should be read together with, Wunderino's general casino terms and customer terms. In the event of any conflict, these jackpot-specific terms prevail.
