Go to Withdrawals
Open the menu and tap Withdrawal.
Select Your Payment Method
Choose between Swish or Trustly.
Important:
For security reasons, you can only withdraw using the same method you used for your last deposit.
Example: If you deposited via Swish, your withdrawal must also go through Swish.
Minimum withdrawal: 100 SEK
Daily limit: Up to 50 000 SEK
Weekly limit: Up to 150 000 SEK
Processing time: Most withdrawals are completed within minutes, but in some cases it can take up to 3 working days.
You can check your withdrawal status anytime in your Transaction History.
If it says “Pending,” please allow up to 3 working days for processing
That’s it! Your withdrawal will be processed as quickly and securely as possible.
